We recently bought new Mohawk carpeting, with its newest Smart Strand fiber. It's a frieze. I noticed the warranty said it did not cover pet vomit and feces, which did not bother me since I use Charlie's Soap for almost everything. Sure enough, after using Charlie's soap to clean up after a hairball, the stain disappeared. I would be lost without this stuff!

I just read about your product and want to know if the powder works in cold water. Does it dissolve well?

Yes, it dissolves exceptionally well in cold water. However, we encourage people to forgo the dispenser and toss the Powder straight in on top of the clothes.

Having two small children we have a LOT of laundry and we use Charlie's Soap for all of it - it is amazing! I recommend it to all of my friends and family. We are finally starting to scrape the bottom of the five-gallon bucket so I came here to buy more.
I checked my previous order and realized I ordered that giant bucket in August *2008*! I actually feel guilty at what a fantastic value Charlie's Soap has turned out to be, it has lasted us over two years for literally pennies a day!
That being said, when I order my next bucket I plan to also purchase a smaller jug to pass along to my girlfriend and her family - she also has children and I'm hoping she will fall in love with the value and cleaning power of Charlie's Soap as well.
As an added bonus I checked the Research page and discovered that Charlie's Soap is also biodegradable! What an amazing product! Thanks and kudos!
